The farther along in pregnancy the more what you eat affects the baby because the baby's nutritional needs increase. Moderate your diet for your Pregnancy Week By Week Instead of focusing on losing weight while you're pregnant, focus on eating the healthiest diet possible during those 40 weeks. Lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, whole grains, protein, and dairy products. You still need fat but substitute olive oil for butter, and use lean meats rather than fatty cuts of meat. Have a safe, healthy pregnancy while maintaining your weight. |
